Welcome to Studio Five 0, a leading Pilates studio located in Papamoa, New Zealand. With a focus on strength, flexibility, and functional fitness, Studio Five 0 offers a range of classes and private sessions for all fitness levels.
At Studio Five 0, clients can enjoy a fantastic, challenging, non-impact, and all-over body workout through our Reformer Pilates Group Classes. These classes have a maximum of four persons, ensuring individualised attention and a tailored experience. With a strong emphasis on core work, these classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of their current fitness levels. A single casual class is priced at $25, or clients can opt for a package of 10 classes for $220.
For those looking for a more personalised programme, Studio Five 0 also offers Private Classes. These sessions are designed to cater to the unique needs and goals of each individual. With one-on-one guidance and support, clients can be confident that they are receiving the attention and expertise they require to reach their fitness targets. The Private Classes are available for 60-minute sessions at $70 or 45-minute sessions at $55.
Although currently not listed on the schedule, Studio Five 0's owner, Sonya Macefield, is also Mat Pilates trained and available for mat classes, either for groups or private sessions.
