What training do you offer?

We offer personal training and group fitness including bootcamp, HIIT circuit, calisthenics, functional strength and conditioning, weightlifting and sports specific athletic performance. We also run martial arts such as MMA mixed martial arts, TMA traditional martial arts, Wing Chun Kuen Kung Fu, DornalaiOcht Irish Shield Wall Boxing and Bataireacht Irish Stick Fighting.

Do you train in-person, and do you offer mobile or online sessions?

We have a private studio gym in South Penrith. You can also train with our mobile gym services across the Greater Sydney region and use our online gym services for nationwide Australia and worldwide.
