Our gym is fully equipped with a wide range of facilities to cater to all your fitness needs. We have cardiovascular gym equipment, fixed resistance machines, strength training equipment, free weights, and an aerobic gym. We also have a purpose-built spin studio, where our specially developed spin techniques ensure that our spin classes are not only challenging but also target and train most upper body muscles while on the spin bike.
In addition to our gym facilities, we have powerplates available for use. These powerplates provide an enhanced full body workout, stretching, and even a massage. It's the perfect addition to your fitness routine.
If group classes are more your style, we offer a variety of classes in our mirrored aerobic gym and spin studio. Our classes are designed to be fun and effective, and we are proud to offer the unique spin classes in Southampton. These classes specifically target and train the upper body muscles while on the spin bike.
For personalised support, our personal training services are tailored to your goals and individual circumstances. As a private gym, Studio Red offers the most personalised personal training services in Southampton. Our trainers will work with you to develop a tailored plan that helps you achieve your desired results.
We also offer a weight loss group that is unique, fun, friendly, and supportive. This group is designed to help you achieve results in just 6 weeks. We believe that with the right support and motivation, anyone can achieve their weight loss goals.
At Studio Red, we understand the importance of recovery and relaxation. That's why we have a sauna available for you to relax your muscles and unwind after a workout. We also have therapy and treatment rooms where you can indulge in beauty therapy treatments and massages.
Parking is always a concern, but at Studio Red, we offer free parking for our members. Our gym has a free car park at the rear, and there is another large car park nearby that offers 5 hours of free parking.
