Lizzie, the lead instructor at StudiQ, sticks to the original Pilates method by Joseph Pilates, using gear designed by the man himself. Everything is top-notch, handmade, and super safe.

From rookies to seasoned pros, Lizzie's got you covered. She knows what each person needs and tweaks the sessions to fit.
