As class sizes are limited to just five participants, it's wise to secure your spot early on to avoid missing out. Sporty attire made of dry-fit material is recommended for these rowing sessions, rain or shine. On the flip side, wearing sturdy running shoes during dry-land training is crucial, while flip-flops or crocs are best suited for when you're out on the wet dock.
