Taking place from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Summer Sunday Yoga Mornings offer participants the opportunity to enter a sublime healing zone through restorative physical practice. Led by the talented Maxine, this practical morning will feature a variety of restorative breathing practices tailored to suit a range of needs.
One of the highlights of this event is the session on Kriya Yoga, also known as the Yoga of Action. During this session, you will have the chance to explore aligning your thoughts, intentions, and actions for conscious evolution. It's an incredible opportunity to delve deeper into your yoga practice, with each month featuring a different subject of interest.
The morning will be divided into three areas: movement/asana, breath-work/pranayama, and meditation/relaxation/yoga nidra. Maxine's experienced guidance will help you adjust your practice to suit your personal needs, ensuring you receive individual attention and support throughout the session.
Open to all levels, ages, abilities, and bodies, these workshops provide a safe and inclusive environment for everyone to immerse themselves in the world of Yoga.
