Welcome to Sun & Moon, a small and purpose-built yoga studio and Wellbeing Centre located in the rural town of Leeston, Canterbury, NZ. Our studio offers a range of yoga classes catering to varying needs and schedules. With a focus on alignment and empowerment, our classes provide a relaxed and supportive environment for you to tune into yourself and your needs.

In addition to our yoga classes, we also have three practitioner rooms where we offer a range of complementary services, such as chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, and naturopathy. We strive to provide an excellent level of skill and care to serve both you and the community. Our friendly and welcoming environment is designed to help you leave the stresses of the world behind and give yourself some time to relax, rejuvenate, and restore.

Our Yoga Timetable includes classes on Monday evenings from 5:30 to 6:45, Tuesday evenings from 5:10 to 6:15 and 6:30 to 7:00, Wednesday mornings from 9:15 to 10:30, and Thursday mornings from 9:30. We are continuously expanding our timetable, so sign up for our email list to stay updated on upcoming classes.

For Pilates classes, which run during school terms, please contact Leeston Physio to book your spot.
