The Sunraysia Bushwalkers Inc, a renowned Bushwalking club in Mildura Rural City, is excited to promote an upcoming local Bushwalking event. With a rich history dating back to 1977, this Club, affiliated with Bushwalking Victoria, prides itself on providing outdoor enthusiasts with a fantastic opportunity to engage in various outdoor activities in the stunning Mallee region of north-west Victoria.
Boasting an impressive membership of approximately 38 individuals, the Sunraysia Bushwalkers Inc invites all visitors to join in on their activities and attend their monthly meetings. These meetings take place on the first Wednesday of each month (excluding January) at 7.30pm in the Clubroom, which can be found co-located with the Mildura Lifesaving Club at Apex Park. Just look for the two-story building adjacent to the carpark on the riverside – we'll be upstairs!
The Club is all about embracing the great outdoors and relishing in the company of like-minded individuals. While walking remains the core activity, we also have a diverse range of offerings including canoeing, cycling, climbing, occasional sailing, and any other outdoor pursuit that catches the eye of our members. It's all about embracing adventure and appreciating the natural wonders that surround us.
For those interested in joining our Club and experiencing the pure joy of bushwalking, we warmly welcome you to attend our activities on three separate occasions before formally becoming a member. We do kindly ask that a club indemnity form is completed prior to engaging in any of our events – ensuring everyone's safety is our utmost priority.
