Join flow mOcean Yoga for a very special SUP Yoga evening and experience yoga like never before. This unique event takes place on select Wednesdays at 6pm, giving participants the chance to practice yoga as they watch the sun go down over the water.
To start off, participants will embark on a calm and guided 10-minute Stand-Up Paddle out to our floating yoga studios. Once they reach the studio, they will set up for a refreshing 60-minute yoga and meditation sequence. Just imagine flowing through your yoga poses, surrounded by the breathtaking sunset over Manly.
As the class progresses, participants will be gently rocked by the waves, allowing them to reach a deep sense of tranquillity during their floating savasana. It's an experience like no other, merging the peacefulness of yoga with the serenity of being out on the water.
After the yoga and meditation session, the class concludes with a blissful paddle back to land. In total, the class lasts for approximately 1.5 hours, giving you plenty of time to fully immerse yourself in this unique yoga experience.
