In addition to regular classes, the academy also offers drop-in sessions for parents and children under the age of 5. Conducted by pre-school qualified British Gymnastics coaches, these sessions give little ones the opportunity to learn basic gymnastic skills and explore different equipment. The drop-in sessions operate on a first come, first served basis, with a maximum of 20 gymnasts per class.

For adults aged 16 and above, there are dedicated drop-in sessions available as well. These 90-minute sessions provide adults with the chance to engage in gymnastics and improve their fitness and flexibility.

Sutton Gymnastics Academy recognises the importance of inclusion and offers a dedicated drop-in session for individuals with disabilities. The SEN session is tailored specifically for those with disabilities, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to participate in gymnastics.

In addition to drop-in sessions, the academy also offers ongoing courses such as Early Learners (3-5 years) and Club Classes (5-13 years). The Early Learners programme focuses on developing key motor and coordination skills using a variety of equipment. Once gymnasts reach the age of five, they can progress to Club Classes, which cater to both beginners and those transitioning from the Early Learners programme.
