Swallow Badminton Club

Welcome to Swallow Badminton Club, conveniently located near Preston Street in Ottawa, Ontario. With decades of history, Swallow Badminton Club is a non-profit organization that promotes the sport of badminton in the National Capital Region.

The club caters to players of all skill levels, with a focus on recreational play. Affiliated with the Ottawa District Badminton Association (ODBA), members have the opportunity to participate in tournaments if they wish to do so. The club prides itself on its friendly and welcoming atmosphere, where everyone is on a first-name basis.

Swallow Badminton Club is operated by dedicated volunteers, with the executive branch elected at the end of every season. The club plays out of a well-lit gym and provides access to change rooms equipped with lockers for convenience. Free parking is available at the rear of the building, and there is ample space to safely store badminton equipment while playing.

Membership to Swallow Badminton Club is open to all, with a full membership priced at $150. However, at the moment, full membership spots are officially full. Guest spots are available for $10 per session, with fees payable by eTransfer. The club also offers the opportunity to download and fill out membership forms online.
