Welcome to Swift Fox Taekwon-Do, a dynamic martial arts club located in Camberley, New Zealand. Swift Fox TKD offers training in Taekwon-Do, a Korean martial art that combines hand and foot techniques for effective self-defence. Taekwon-Do training at Swift Fox provides a total body workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility.

At Swift Fox TKD, we follow a traditional ITF syllabus, built around the five tenets: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit. Taekwon-Do is known for its powerful techniques and aerial kicks, and at Swift Fox, we teach traditional Taekwon-Do according to the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) rules for training, grading, and competitions. We also offer a simplified “tag grade syllabus” for younger students, providing a structured introduction to all aspects of the art.

At Swift Fox TKD, we believe that Taekwon-Do is more than just learning kicks and punches. It is a means of personal development and growth. We focus on developing our students as citizens, helping them cultivate self-control, responsibility, and concentration.
