We provide personalised swimming instruction to help you meet your goals and improve your technique. Lessons include instant video playback so you can see flaws and improvements clearly as you train.

Where and when do lessons happen?

You train in an above ground pool, with you at eye level with the teacher rather than from their feet. Off peak runs 10-5pm weekdays with the last off peak lesson at 4pm, while peak times are 7am-9am and 5pm-9pm weekdays and Saturday all day.

How do I join and what are the costs?

Accepted Answer

You can book a lesson to get started. Single lessons are 60 minutes for an individual, and there are also two person options plus 5 x 60 minutes and 10 x 60 minutes courses, with off peak and peak prices listed on our prices page.
