Led by Kylie Hennessy, a highly experienced and dedicated yoga teacher, therapist, and mentor, the studio offers a range of classes, retreats, trainings, and therapy sessions specifically designed to support the physical and emotional well-being of pregnant women.

At Sydney Pregnancy Centre, the focus is on sharing the wisdom and science of yoga for anxiety, mental health, trauma recovery, and overall physical well-being. As a certified yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT), Kylie brings a deep understanding of the therapeutic benefits of yoga and tailors her teachings to suit the unique needs of expectant mothers.

The studio strives to create a trauma-informed environment where everyone feels safe, supported, and empowered. With a profound understanding of the Panca Koshas, the five layers of our being, Kylie guides her students through transformative practises such as cyclic meditation for sleep and releasing deep-seated tension in the nervous system. The Trauma-Informed Principles followed at Sydney Pregnancy Centre ensure that all classes and therapies are delivered in a compassionate and sensitive manner.

Located in the picturesque suburb of North Strathfield, the studio provides an ideal setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. Surrounded by natural beauty and tranquilly, it offers a peaceful oasis for pregnant women to connect with their bodies and unborn babies. Recognising the elders both past and present, the centre honours their role as the traditional custodians of knowledge for the lands and waterways upon which the studio operates.
