Additionally, Meredith offers powerful acutonics sessions, which utilise acupressure points based on Oriental Medicine to restore balance and harmony to the body.

Synergy also provides the meditative experience of Yoga Nidra, a practise that involves deep relaxation and conscious sleep. This practise helps individuals awaken their unconscious mind, promoting self-healing and personal growth. Furthermore, the centre offers sound immersions, which create a harmonious and uplifting environment through the power of sound vibrations.
