Taekwondo4Kids is a martial arts school located in Leicester, NZ. With a focus on taekwondo, the school offers a range of classes for all age groups and abilities. Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that has been practised for over 60 years and is known for its strong kicks and elements of self-defence.

The taekwondo classes at Taekwondo4Kids are held at St Anne's Community Hall in Leicester. They offer classes for Juniors (4-11-year-olds) and Cadets (8 years and above). The Junior class focuses on developing the foundations of taekwondo, improving spatial awareness, coordination, and self-control. The Cadet class is aimed at students who want to work their way up the belt system and teaches a mix of techniques, pad work, and the ITF syllabus.

In addition to the regular taekwondo classes, Taekwondo4Kids also offers a Women's class for those aged 10 and above. The class includes a syllabus class for beginners up to green belts, as well as an hour of taekwondo exercises, movement, pad work, and techniques suitable for all levels including beginners. There is also a class for Senior students focusing on the syllabus for blue belts upwards.

For those who prefer one-on-one training, Taekwondo4Kids offers individual taekwondo or self-defence sessions on Saturdays. These sessions can be booked in blocks of 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or an hour and are tailored to the individual needs of the students. They are suitable for both beginners looking to build confidence and for those wanting to accelerate their learning in taekwondo or self-defence.

Additionally, Taekwondo4Kids understands that being a mum can be busy, so they offer a MartialArts4Mums class where babies and toddlers are welcome. This class provides a casual and relaxed environment for mums to be active and moving while still being able to bring their little ones along. The sessions involve a mixture of Pilates-style exercises and pad-work, allowing mums to enjoy moving again in a sociable and supportive environment without the need for childcare.
