Probe-Training ist 4 x kostenlos. Für den Anfang genügen eine lange Sport-Hose und ein T-Shirt, wir trainieren ohne Schuhe und Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich.
Kinder von 6 bis 12 Jahren trainieren dienstags von 16:15 bis 17:15 Uhr oder freitags von 16:00 bis 17:00 Uhr. Jugendliche ab 13 Jahre trainieren dienstags von 17:30 bis 18:30 Uhr oder freitags von 17:15 bis 18:15 Uhr, Erwachsene ab 15 Jahren dienstags von 18:45 bis 20:15 Uhr.
Wir trainieren meistens kontaktlos. Für Partner-Übungen gibt es Regeln, Rituale stehen für Respekt und Fairness.
