These workshops, personally funded and led by N. Santosh Kumar and his team, cover essential skills such as physical combat techniques, pressure point knowledge, situational reaction training, and handling abusive incidents. The initiative has already touched the lives of over 1 million students and professionals through 700+ workshops.
Further extending its impact, The Shield offers the "Skill Charity" program, empowering children from orphanages with long-term combat tactical self-defense and professional Taekwondo training. This initiative aims to instill strength, confidence, and potential career opportunities for these children, fostering a future where they can stand strong and independent.
