Tai Chi & Qigong Classes

Join Unity Tai Chi for Tai Chi & Qigong classes in Essex. These classes are held at 15 Brook Road, Rayleigh SS6 7UT every Sunday at 10am. The classes are led by Stephen Bonner, an experienced instructor who promotes both health and traditional martial arts culture.

Unity Tai Chi was founded in 2019 by Stephen Bonner and has a strong partnership with the esteemed Shangshan organisation in Suzhou China, led by Master Zhang Linsan. Master Zhang is a highly skilled practitioner specialising in Chen Taijiquan and the Hunyuan system. He is also the founder of the Shangshan Taiji organisation in Suzhou China and has earned numerous accolades in the world of martial arts.
