I am passionate about helping others discover the transformative power of Pilates. With Tailored Pilates, I aim to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for individuals of all fitness levels and abilities. Whether you are a beginner looking to start your Pilates journey or a seasoned practitioner wanting to deepen your practise, there is a class for you.

At Tailored Pilates, we offer a variety of classes to suit everyone's needs. For those looking for personalised attention and a focus on specific goals or conditions, we offer individual private one-to-one sessions. These sessions are tailored to address any pathologies, misalignments, or life cycle conditions you may have, ensuring that you see quick progression in both your body and mind.

For couples and friends who want to experience Pilates together, we offer duet semi-private sessions. These sessions are still tailored to your needs and goals but allow you to share the instructor with one other person in the studio. It's a great way to enhance your Pilates practise while enjoying the company of a loved one.

In addition to our in-studio classes, we also offer online Zoom classes. These one-to-one classes are conducted online and are no different from studio-based mat classes. You can use small equipment like resistance bands, tennis balls, or water bottles to create a challenging and varied home workout. All you require is enough space for a mat and a good internet connexion, and we will send you a link to join the class.

Our fully equipped studio, located in the heart of Kentish Town, is a spacious and inviting space to practise Pilates. With a high ceiling, radiant floor heating, and abundant natural light, you will feel inspired and motivated during your sessions. The studio is equipped with Reformers, a Wunda chair, a ladder barrel, and a springboard wall unit, allowing for a diverse and dynamic workout experience. Judo mats and small equipment are also used in mat-based classes.

We offer classes in blocks of 5 and 10, with all blocks valid for up to 4 months from the day of purchase. Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy, and if you cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will be charged in full. Prices range from 30 per class for small groups of up to three people to 75 for a one-off private one-to-one session. We also have duet sessions starting at 45 and online Zoom mat classes starting at 45 for a one-off session.
