The PILATES METHOD is for you! It is for everyone, with or without a sports background... "Bringing body and mind together as one." This method involves gentle exercises (precise placement, slow movement, deep breathing) suitable for all, regardless of age, gender, or physical condition. By practicing muscle activity in a zen and relaxed atmosphere, this method has implications for well-being and health. Today, more than ever, the population is active, dealing with increasing stress and external aggression (noise, work, competitiveness, unstable environment, etc.), which is why people are looking for activities that require self-centering, both physically and psychologically. This is why Pilates is becoming increasingly popular. This method is recognized for the benefits it brings to those who practice it. The discipline is based on three levels (basic, intermediate, advanced) consisting of 35 movements dedicated to physical and mental well-being (with various options). It is composed of 8 basic principles (Concentration, Control, Centering, Flow of movement, Precision, Breath, Isolation, and Regularity). This gentle method engages both deep and superficial muscles, improving strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and coordination - essential for daily well-being.
