Currently, all yoga classes at Tara Yoga are being held online via Zoom. In addition to regular classes, there are speciality workshops available, such as the Yin, Yang & Restore Yoga Workshop. For those looking for a more personalised experience, private 1-2-1 yoga classes are offered either via Zoom or outdoors, adhering to social distancing guidelines.
