Alternatively, Target Pilates also offers private studio sessions where students can learn at their own pace using the traditional studio apparatus. These sessions take place at a state-of-the-art studio in Much Wenlock. The studio provides a comfortable and supportive environment for students to work towards their fitness goals.

By joining their sister site, students can access over 100 Pilates classes for a one-off fee or become a member for just 4. 99/month.
