Tarleton Corinthians Football Club

Welcome to Tarleton Corinthians Football Club, a club with a rich history dating back to 1935. Initially, the club only had senior teams, but since 1999, we have expanded to include junior boys and girls from ages 5 to 16. As a Charter Standard Club, we are proud to be run by a dedicated team of volunteers who strive to create a friendly, family-oriented environment.

At Tarleton Corinthians, we prioritise the development of our players' football skills, while also emphasising the importance of having fun and building team and social skills. Our coaching team consists of fully qualified and vetted professionals who are committed to helping children progress in their football journey.

Led by Betty Parkinson as the Chairperson, we are affiliated with the Lancashire FA with the affiliation number W-LAN4477.

In terms of recent news, John Webster, our club representative, shared updates on various topics, including football pitch funding success, grassroots football updates, and the Keyring Appeal launched by The Defibrillator Group. We encourage our members and supporters to stay updated on our latest news and events.

Our club has an active presence on social media, particularly on Facebook. We regularly post updates, including photos and videos, showcasing the accomplishments of our teams and individuals. We also engage with our supporters and community.

Recently, our club had the privilege of visiting Manchester United's Old Trafford stadium. Players from our Under 7s, Under 9s, Under 10s, and Under 14s teams, along with their parents, had the opportunity to attend the Manchester United vs Newcastle League Cup game. We are grateful for this experience and the friendship formed with Manchester United.

Tarleton Corinthians FC is committed to providing a holistic football experience for our members. We believe in honouring fallen heroes and paying our respects. Our teams recently took the time to remember and pay respects to veterans who have served our country.

Lastly, we are proud to have had some exceptional goal-scoring moments. Each week, we have a Plox Motors Goal of the Week nomination, showcasing the best goals scored by our players across different age groups. This recognition is a testament to the talent and dedication within our club.
