The owner and founder, Vered Hofton, is a highly qualified teacher with over 20 years of experience in the industry. The studio features two studio areas. The main studio is where all the group classes take place and the one2one studio is dedicated to individual lessons on specialised equipment. The studio is equipped with a wide range of apparatus for both Classical Pilates and GYROTONIC training. Some equipment includes the Reformer, small barrel, spin corrector, Toe corrector, Wanda chair, Magic Circle, Arm chair, Pedi Pole, raised mat, two GYROTONIC pulley towers, the Archway, the Leg Extension Unit, and the Gyrotoner.
Tatton House Studio takes pride in being one of the few GYROTONIC method centres in Manchester and the Northwest. The GYROTONIC method offers a unique form of exercise that combines stretching and strengthening with minimal effort. It focuses on increasing range of motion and developing coordination through natural and turbulence-free motion patterns. The exercises are synchronised with breathing patterns and can be tailored to individual needs, making them suitable for all levels of fitness.
