Taylor's Dance Company (TDC) has something for everyone, especially if you're into sports and fitness.

Their adult dance fitness class is spot on for getting active and having a blast. If you're 18+, come along for just £9.00 per class and join the fun for an hour.

For venues, TDC runs sessions in Braintree and Colchester. In Braintree, you’ll find them at the Braintree Baptist Church Hall and Tabor Academy. In Colchester, head over to Colchester United Football Club. All spots are easy to get to and there's parking too.

Wondering if you need dance experience to join? No worries! TDC welcomes all levels from newbies to seasoned dancers. And yes, you can have a free trial to check it out before committing.

TDC also packs in opportunities to show off your moves through community events, their big biennial show, and IDTA exams. Got kids? Their sessions last 45 minutes to 1.5 hours based on age and skill level. Adult classes also run 1 to 1.5 hours.
