The gym features various multi-gym stations that can be customised to suit your needs, a free weight section with dumbbells up to 60KG, resistance machines for weight control, and plate-loaded machines for strength training. Additionally, Tedds offers an extensive range of cardio equipment, including specialist cardio machines for those who dare to take on a real challenge.
