The team at Tenderworks boasts specialists with extensive experience in building carbon fibre Volvo Ocean and America's Cup boats, making them unrivalled in their knowledge of composites. This expertise enables them to construct exceptional quality tenders that are entirely customised to meet the unique requirements of each client. In order to help clients visualise their final designs, Tenderworks constructs full-size mockups of the interior or deck layout. Additionally, they create alternative upholstery samples to ensure that every tender is as personal and unique as possible.

Tenderworks takes pride in its ability to create unique tender concepts that are tailor-made to fit any superyacht's garage and meet specific needs. Leading naval architect Patrick Banfield, known for his work on the Wally tender and Fjord, designs the hull and propulsion combination for each tender, optimising garage space and overall performance. Through extensive hydrodynamic and weight studies, each tender is meticulously balanced and tested before precision moulds are cut by 5 axis milling machines. Once a project is complete, the moulds are destroyed, ensuring that each tender is truly one-of-a-kind.

In 2018, they won the “Best Tender Design” award for their limousine tender, Faith, at the Boat International Design & Innovation Awards. This tender impressed the subcommittee members with its ability to seamlessly match the design ethos of its mothership and transform effortlessly from a limousine to an open vessel.

Additionally, in 2022, Tenderworks received the “Tender of the Year” award for the 14-metre Tender Limousine Viva.
