Teresa set up this amazing school back in 1986, and now over 140 students come each week to learn ballet, modern, tap, and contemporary dance. Kids starting at age 2 all the way up to 99+ can join in the fun.

Teresa Blee Dance isn’t just about learning dance moves; it’s about building friendships, staying fit, and having a blast. Teresa and her team focus on creating an inclusive, friendly vibe where everyone feels welcome.

Students get loads of chances to show off their skills, from local performances to big shows at Epworth Hall. It's a great way to boost confidence and flaunt what you've learned.

The teachers here are top-notch and fully DBS checked. Teresa herself has some serious credentials with RAD and ISTD and continues to train regularly in London. You'll also benefit from Debbie Johnson's expertise, who trained at the Stella Mann College.

Classes are held at various easy-to-reach spots around Helston. So whether you’re a beginner or have been dancing for years, there’s a class perfect for you.
