About
The Integrated Warrior Academy delivers martial arts training and self-defence skills in Mittagong. Programs run for preschool (ages 3-4), kids (ages 5-6 and 7-12), teens, and adults, with an emphasis on violence prevention and management, fitness, confidence, focus and discipline. Training is based on Kinetic Combatives, a close-quarters combat system used by the Australian Army, plus elements drawn from Boxing, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, Judo, BJJ, Japanese Jiu Jitsu, FMA and Aikido. Birthday parties are also available.
