The Pole Project offers pole fitness and pole dance classes in Cape Town for beginners through advanced dancers. You can train in Pole Fit (strength and spins), Flow (contemporary, musical sequences), Exotic (sensual low flow and transitions, 18+), Power (conditioning for strength moves), Flex & Bend (mobility and flexibility coaching), and Hammock (aerial hammock poses and inversions). The studio welcomes men and women aged 5 to 60+ and also offers private and semi-private training options.
