The Royal Scottish Country Dance Society in Australia offers Tasmanian classes, and we are thrilled to announce that events and classes in Tasmania have now resumed with a Covid Safety Plan in use. We want to ensure the safety and well-being of all our participants while still providing an enjoyable dance experience.
If you're interested in taking your dancing skills to the next level, our Advanced class is perfect for you. Held every 2nd and 4th Monday from 7.30pm to 9.30pm, this class promises to challenge and delight even the most experienced dancers.
For those looking for a more social and relaxed environment, our Social class is the perfect fit. Taking place on Thursdays, the evening starts with a warm-up at 7.15pm, followed by dancing until 9.30pm. It's a great opportunity to meet fellow dance enthusiasts and make new friends.
We also offer a Friendly Low-impact Class on Fridays from 1.00pm to 3.30pm. This class is designed for those who may have physical limitations but still want to enjoy the beauty of Scottish country dancing. Join us at the Caledonian Hall, located at 31 Homer Avenue, Moonah Boat Harbour, for a wonderful afternoon of dance and camaraderie.
