All of our coaches are fully accredited with Athletics and Triathlon Australia and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of running. Our head coach, Warren Williams, was awarded Athletics NSW Recreational Running Coach of the Year in 2019. With their expertise and guidance, you can trust that you are receiving quality coaching and support.
We offer a range of group sessions throughout the week to cater to different schedules and preferences. Our Tuesday and Thursday sessions are held from 6:15am to 7:15am at various locations within Centennial Parklands. On Saturdays, we meet from 7:15am to 8:15am at various venues such as Moore Park, Wanda Sandhills, and Centennial Parkrun. Our Sunday long runs take place at Centennial Park and other locations, starting at 7:00am and 7:30am.
We also have a mid-week long run on Wednesdays, with two pace groups starting at Centennial Park and Clovelly at 5:50am and 6:00am respectively. Those looking for track sessions can join us at ES Marks Fields on Wednesday evenings. During the summer, we organise Run Swim Run sessions at Clovelly Beach every second Friday at 6pm.
In addition to our group sessions, we also offer private sessions and online programmes for those who prefer a more personalised approach. Whether you're training for a specific race, working on improving your technique, or need assistance with your training plan, our coaches are available to provide one-on-one guidance and support.

We offer a trial run, so you can experience our group sessions before committing to a membership. Our membership fee is $80 per month, allowing you to attend as many sessions as you like.
