Welcome to The 1800 Women's Workout Gym, Shrewsbury, where Sophie and her team cater to your individual fitness needs in a dedicated women's space. At this gym, no member is left unsupervised on the equipment, and non-members are always welcome to join our classes.
Our air-conditioned facility includes a large rear car park for your convenience. Sophie offers half-hour circuit workouts that cover ten exercise stations to efficiently tone your entire body. Additionally, free station training with full-body and cardio exercises is available.
Sophie believes in personalised programmes tailored to each member. During an in-depth induction, a team member will assess your fitness level, discuss your goals, and review your medical and exercise history, including measurements and BMI analysis.
Our members are diverse in age, shape, and fitness level, from gentle training to intense cardio. No mirrors or gimmicks – just a supportive environment and VIP attention every visit.
Post-workout, unwind in our coffee lounge and socialise with fellow members. We offer a variety of classes, from Free Weights to Latin Dance, open to both members and non-members. Check our Facebook for updates on class offerings.
