Monday nights in Bradford are all about the ‘Waves’. Under the expert guidance of Rose, get ready to move from 7pm to 9pm (doors open at 6:45pm). Think you’re just dancing? Think again. It’s about discovering what makes you tick, all through the beats of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. Join us at St Hugh's Centre on Coach Rd, BD17 5HS.
Costs range from £15 to £8, so pay what works for you. Text Rose at 07795 253817 to let her know you’re coming. Dress comfy, ditch the heels, and bring some water.

We meet every Monday to dance through Waves of Flow, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness, and everybody is welcome. The class runs from 7pm to 9pm.
Please wear clothes that are easy to move in and prepare to dance barefooted or in soft dance shoes, no heels please. Bring a bottle of water and a willingness to move.
The in-person class uses a sliding scale depending on ability to pay: £15/£12/£10/£8. Cash on the door is fine, and if paying by PayPal you can use dancing5rwithrose@gmail.com.
