Founded as a non-profit gymnastics club, TAG provides classes for all levels in a welcoming and safe environment. David’s primary aim is to help each gymnast reach their full potential and build confidence through gymnastic activities, British Gymnastics badge award schemes, and development programmes. TAG serves everyone from recreational participants to elite competitive squads.

TAG offers recreational gymnastics classes covering all apparatus, including the vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline, and works towards the British Gymnastics awards scheme.
For those looking for more advanced training, TAG also has development and elite squads, available by invitation only.
For the younger ones (aged 2.5-5 years), TAG offers TAG Tots, a structured programme that introduces the basics of gymnastics. This class focuses on balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, and listening skills, using various equipment and fun circuits. Parents are required to assist. TAG Tots classes run on Fridays from 1:30-2:15pm.
TAG also has parent/toddler playtime classes, where toddlers can freely explore and play in the gym under the supervision of trained staff. This session includes ride-ons, song time, parachute play, and more. No booking needed for these classes, held on Tuesdays from 9-10am.
Additionally, TAG offers home education gymnastics classes on a “pay-as-you-go” basis for £8 per session, available on Tuesdays from 10-11:10am or 11:15am-12:15pm.
