The Aqua Life Swim Academy is a swimming school located in Kingston, dedicated to providing high-quality swimming lessons for both children and adults. Our school is conveniently located at the Courtyard Marriott Kingston, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment for all our students.
At The Aqua Life Swim Academy, registration is easy and flexible. There are no registration deadlines, and students can join classes at any time, based on availability. Our classes are 30 minutes long, with 28 minutes of instruction from our experienced and certified instructors. The last 2 minutes of class are dedicated to feedback, ensuring that students receive personalized attention and guidance.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we offer a generous withdrawal policy. Clients can withdraw from lessons with a minimum of thirty days' written notice via email. In the event of pool closures due to weather or maintenance, clients will receive credits for the cancelled classes, which can be used towards future tuition.
While we do not offer refunds for missed classes, we do provide a makeup policy for unforeseeable events that prevent clients from attending their scheduled lessons. Our priority is to provide the best possible swimming experience for our students, while maintaining the quality of our program.
