The Arch Climbing Centre

Bring my own climbing gear? No, you do not need to bring your own climbing gear to The Arch. We have a retail store on site where you can purchase any gear you may need, or you can simply rent gear from us for your climbing session.

Our climbing programs cater to both youth and adults, with classes designed to help participants progress in their climbing skills and technique. Our youth programs are divided by age and skill level, ensuring that all children have a safe and enjoyable climbing experience. For adults looking to learn the ropes, we offer belay lessons to provide knowledge and experience in setting up and belaying safely.

At The Arch, we understand that safety is paramount in climbing. That's why we offer belay tests for those looking to belay in our facility. Our knowledgeable staff will ensure that you are confident and proficient in belaying before allowing you to climb. If you are belay certified at another facility, you will still need to pass our belay test before belaying at The Arch.

For those who have never climbed before, our friendly staff will guide you through the process and show you how to use our auto-belays. No experience is necessary, and we encourage everyone to give climbing a try. Our drop-in passes include rentals for harnesses, shoes, and belay devices, making it easy for anyone to join in on the fun.

Located inside the Beaumont Sport and Recreation Centre, The Arch is the leading climbing gym in Beaumont. With public drop-in hours from Saturday to Tuesday, as well as youth and adult programs and birthday party options, there is something for everyone at The Arch Climbing Centre.
