BARRE FUSION 10 Participants, 50 minute barre fusion classes combine elements of Pilates, ballet, and strength training to create a challenging and energizing workout. Barre fusion classes focus on small, isometric movements to sculpt and tone your muscles, while improving your balance and flexibility. You will leave feeling lengthened, toned, and rejuvenated.
