With hours from 6AM to 9PM on weekdays and 8AM to 1PM on weekends, Christine ensures everyone has the chance to work out. They also offer studio hire for personal fitness or dance activities.
Their class range includes Pilates, step aerobics, Zumba, and more. Personal training and nutrition programmes are also available, all tailored to individual needs. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, Christine's dedicated instructors are ready to support and guide you.
