The Combat Unit, located in Liverpool, offers a variety of martial arts styles like Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, and MMA. Suitable for all ages and skill levels, The Combat Unit has something for everyone.
Ash and the team of experienced coaches are here to share their knowledge. They run different programmes for various age groups and skill levels, including junior classes from age 3+, beginner sessions, and fighter-specific training.
Members love the friendly atmosphere and top-notch coaching at The Combat Unit. Many have gained confidence, new skills, and great connections through their training here.
The facilities include a 22FT MMA cage, squat racks, assault bike, ski erg, kettlebells, and a spacious matted area. There’s also a shower room available.
Newcomers can try a free taster day. You’ll meet the coaches, see the facilities, learn about the class schedule, pricing, and have any questions answered.
