We focus on Strength, Mobility, Endurance, and Community through our regular classes and workouts like Open Gym and Olympic Lifting. We also run youth conditioning programs for ages 5 to 18.

When do you train and where do classes meet?

On Sundays, Open Gym runs at 9:00 am. On Saturdays, Olympic Lifting is at 8:00 am and Open Gym is at 9:00 am, with additional weekday classes and Open Gym times listed on our schedule.

How do I join and what does it cost?
