The classes are structured as a continuous programme, spanning 16 weeks. Each month, two new dances are introduced and taught, with each session consisting of a 45-minute instructional class followed by a 45-minute supervised practise session. Newcomers are always welcome at the beginning of each month, coinciding with the introduction of the two new dances for that month.
