We offer a range of memberships to suit your needs, including our Unlimited Training option priced at $65 per week. With this membership, you can access all of our classes and training sessions without any restrictions. We also have a $30 Unlimited Pass option for those who prefer a more flexible approach with a single class pass available as well.
Our mission at TFC is to educate, inspire, and empower all bodies. We offer a variety of classes to cater to different fitness goals and preferences. Our Strength and Conditioning class incorporates compound lifting, Olympic weightlifting, and accessory work to help you build lean muscle mass and increase your strength. For a balanced approach, our Swole & Flexi class combines strength and conditioning with a focus on flexibility and mobility, allowing you to move freely with maximum range of motion.
