Come fall and winter (Sep 5 to Mar 30), hit the gym or catch a swim. Spring hours (Apr 1 - Jun 30) and summer slots (Jul 1 - Labour Day) keep the energy flowing year-round. Sure, it takes a break for some university closures, but there's always something happening.
Tara, who runs the show, has set up some killer programs. Take the Lakehead University Rowing Club, for instance. It’s all about building a top-notch rowing crew to compete with the best in Canada and the States. $100 covers your dues and gets you a spot on the team, but members also chip in for travel and other costs.
Not into rowing? No problem. Tara's got you covered with the Lakehead University Co-Ed Volleyball Club. A cool $20 gets you in, and you’ll train hard, learn the ropes, and compete like a champ.
