It's quite the spot for all things health – a fab little health food store, therapy centre, and studio, all rolled into one. Perfect if you're into fitness, mind, body, and spirit wellness.
Alison and Chrissy, who set up the place back in 2015, are the hearts behind this family-run business. They’re proper dedicated to health and wellness, stocking the shop with everything from supplements to organic and free-from foods, sports nutrition, and natural beauty bits. They’re big on personal service too, so you always get exactly what you need.
Above the shop, there’s the “workshop,” where you can get stuck into various therapies, treatments, classes, and workshops. There are two really calm treatment rooms for different therapies, looked after by qualified therapists who really know their stuff.
They also have a small studio for group activities, whether you’re into yoga, meditation, drumming, sound healing, or even tea ceremonies. There’s always something going on to boost your wellness.
For those who prefer shopping from the comfort of their sofa, they’ve got an online shop with free shipping on orders over £65. Loads of great stuff on there, like Altrient Vitamin B and FSC Vitamin B3. They’re well-loved around here for their top-notch products and solid advice, especially if you’re after vegan, gluten-free, or sugar-free options.
