If you prefer a cardio-focused session, our HiitBox 45 class will get you sweaty and help you burn calories in beast mode for 45 minutes.

For those who want to focus mainly on bag work and boxing technique, our HiitBox Boxing class is the perfect choice. We finish off the class with bodyweight exercises to maximise your workout.
