At The HIIT Squad, we believe in building better humans. Our high-intensity interval training classes incorporate a combination of equipment, machines, and bodyweight exercises. Designed to get your heart pumping and your muscles working, our classes are fast, furious, and above all, fun.
With our 45-minute classes, you'll get a full-body workout that will leave you wondering what just happened. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, our classes are open to all fitness levels. Our experienced and knowledgeable instructors will guide you through each exercise, ensuring proper form and technique to maximise results and prevent injuries.
But it's not just about the workout. The HIIT Squad is also a community. We have an epic community of like-minded individuals who support and motivate each other, creating a positive and uplifting environment. From the moment you step into our gym, you'll feel the welcoming and humble atmosphere that sets us apart.
Located at 23 Stanmore Road in Christchurch, our gym is easily accessible and conveniently open from Monday to Saturday, between 5:00 am and 6:15 pm. We offer a free 7 Days of Dabbling trial, so you can experience the HIIT Squad for yourself and see if it's the right fit for you.
