Tora Jeffrey here, just wanting to give you a quick hello and a heads-up about The Home Gym - Witterings in Chichester, West Sussex. It’s your go-to spot for all things fitness, whether you're a seasoned pro or just getting started.

To book a session, just hit “Book” on the website or text us at 07872006512. We have loads on offer:
- Regular gym sessions for adults
- Personal training with Tora herself
- Teen sessions for 11-17 year-olds
- Gym/studio hire for trainers or classes

Just a quick tip: if you want to book a session before 9 am, you’ll need to get it sorted before 9 pm the night before.

You’ll find us at 12b Wittering Walk Shopping Arcade, The Parade, Cakeham Road, East Wittering, West Sussex, PO20 8RR. Easy to get to and perfect for your fitness needs.

We’ve got a variety of services to help you reach your fitness goals. From traditional workouts to personal training sessions with Tora or even our teen-friendly gym times, we've covered all bases.

Plus, the gym and studio are available for hire if you're a personal trainer or class instructor. Just check availability with us first.

An extra bit of fun - we've got the Fit & Natter class with Keith, focusing on mobility and functional exercises. And after the session, join us for a chat at Witts End Cafe next door.

You can buy passes online to join in. There’s a 30-day unlimited gym pass for just £25, or one-off personal training sessions with Tora for £35.
