Our spacious training room, featuring natural cork flooring and high ceilings, is the perfect space for movement-based classes such as Hatha Yoga, Do In (Taoist Yoga), and Sacred Dance. We also offer workshops and events on weekends to further enhance your wellness experience. In addition, our peaceful treatment rooms provide a tranquil setting for one-on-one or group therapy sessions with our skilled wellness practitioners.
